Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Kew, a suburb of Victoria in Australia.

Q. When are you open?

A. We are open most weekends, by appointment only. To make an appointment, please contact us via our Contact Page.

Q. When am i expected to pay?

A. Should you wish to proceed with us as your Wedding Photographers, you will need to pay for your Wedding Photography prior to your Wedding. To confirm us for your Wedding, your payment will need to be made in full.  

Q. How can I pay?

A. We have a secure online payment system allowing our customers to pay via our website. Our online payments are securely processed via Stripe & PayPal.  Stripe use AES-256 encryption, keeping your credit card details secure when shopping online. PayPal allows you to pay online without sharing your financial details. PayPal encrypt your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. 

Q. Is tax included?

A. We are current not registered for GST, so tax at this stage is not required.
